Opening Balance Down Payments:

Half Down

Deposit of half down must be made in order for the dress to be ordered and/or placed on layaway

 The Rules:

Terms- Layaway begins the day you pay your down payment.

 Layaway must be paid in full 3 months from the date of down payment.

 If the account is NOT paid in full by the 3 months (from the date of your down payment) the merchandise will be returned to inventory and your down payment & payments will NOT BE refunded.

 

If the account is canceled items will be returned to inventory.

Down Payment & Payments will NOT BE RETURNED / refunded.

NO refunds will be given.

 Disclaimer:

When ordering a dress at Barbara’s Boutique please noteAll sales are final; Deposits non-refundable.   Deposit of half down must be made in order for the dress to be ordered. Please allow two full weeks (maybe longer for weather delays) for your dress to arrive. Once your dress is in we will contact you. When your dress is paid in full, you will have six weeks to pick it up. If not picked up within 3 months of order date, your dress will be returned to stock and all payments/deposit will be forfeited. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

 

Returns

Starting April 19th, 2018 returns of clothing & casual accessories will be issued in the form of store credit for the amount of the item(s).
This DOES exclude Wedding Dresses, Homecoming Dresses, Prom Dresses, Formal Wear, Formal Wear Accessories, Clearance & Sale Items because all sales are final on these items.
We are NO LONGER accepting online sales.  We want brick and mortar stores to exist!  We want the job market to stay strong! 
Return merchandise MUST have original sales tags on the merchandise.
 Merchandise being returned MUST be in clean, non-damaged, Oder free, deodorant stains free, CLEAN NEW condition with tags still on the merchandise. 
The term "FINAL SALE" or "CLEARANCE ITEM" means items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns are processed 5-7 business days after we receive them. 
 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
IF the merchandise is not clean and in new condition when we receive it & no refund will be issued.  We will return the product to you that do not meet our guidelines at your expense, if we have not received postage from you to return items after 30 days all non-returnable merchandise will be donated. Barbara's Boutique does not accept returns on wedding dresses, formal gowns/dresses, homecoming dresses, prom dresses, bridesmaids dresses, jewelry, electronic gift cards, physical gift cards, swim, intimates, and anything noted as final sale and/or clearance items.

We will issue store credit for the purchase price and sales tax, NOT  any additional fees that were incurred as your shipping and handling.
If you would like to exchange a casual dress, you may do so at Barbara's Boutique.
Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it to Barbara's Boutique by mail. 

In the event that a Barbara's Boutique product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Barbara's Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Barbara's Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Barbara's Boutique shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Barbara's Boutique may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by another reliable method to the address you have provided to Barbara's Boutique.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 7 - COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.


SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
